Rustic venues are becoming more and more popular this includes barn venues and rustic style venues.  Rustic and vintage themes are easily achieved with the correct props.

Hanging Lanterns are a great way of adding colour to your venue.  Lanterns do not disguise the rustic and traditional features but instead enhance and add colour.  These look great in venues that have beams, either installed on illusion thread so they look like they are floating or even on fairy lights or the more vintage festoon lighting.

If you want to add further ceiling decoration, team fairy lights with our hanging lanterns and wedding stars, along with manzanita trees adorned with crystals to make a stunning winter wonderland style.  We particularly love the below centrepieces which we create which really match the winter wonderland theme.

People often ask how can we theme this look in a Tipi.  Even a Tipi can be themed.  Here we have hung lanterns, snowflakes and wedding stars from the beams of the Tipi.  For the tables we have used manzanita trees adorned with crystals and battery fairy lights.  We have covered the bases of the manzanita trees with festive flowers and cones.  To add further decoration to the table we have included our silver lanterns with led candles.

If you want your venue to be more colourful then go for reds and whites.  For this wedding we mixed lanterns and bunting and the happy couple followed the theme through to our stunning LOVE letters but instead of white bulbs, they went for multi-coloured bulbs.  The festive theme was followed through to the flowers hurricane vases with Christmas foliage, flowers supplied by the talented Emma at Wild & Green Florists.
